1. Can I ask for small/large cap size?
Our Stock Size is Medium which is 22"-22.5", and we have the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside. You can leave a note with your order if you need a small/large cap size.

Kindly Reminder: Small Size is 21"-21.5", Large Size is 23"-23.5". You should know your own size and make a suitable decision. If you choose a special size, it may take an extra 1–3 days. Please leave a note in the cart or email us.
2. Is your wig come in bleached & plucked?
Most of our lace wigs are already bleached based on the guarantee of the hair not shedding. If you need more bleaching, please contact us. And yes, our wigs are pre-plucked.
3. Where does hair ship from? What are shipping times? Do you have expedited shipment?
Your package may be shipped from China, a US warehouse, or a UK warehouse, depending on stock availability.
